Social media management

Thailand is one of our favorite holiday destinations, so it’s a treat that we get to work for the Tourism Authority of Thailand. They asked us to promote this exotic destination in the Netherlands. We set up an elaborate social media strategy back in 2015, and the rest is history.

We spread the Thailand love via Facebook, the Thailand Fanclub blog, the e-newsletter, Instagram and (a pinch of) Twitter. We promote like-worthy content and actively create wanderlust for Thailand. We are also responsible for activations and campaigns that led to a big increase in engagement, such as the contests we organized with EVA Air, the photo booth contest at The Hague Thailand Festival. We co-produced the Thailand Fanclub event in Amsterdam and several press trips to Thailand. It’s safe to say we’ve been keeping busy.

The good thing about social media is that effectiveness can be measured in a jiffy. We always report on a monthly basis, constantly looking for ways to increase the engagement.

Turns out Thailand is not just our favorite holiday destination. Each month we collect over 70.000 engagements (clicks, likes and comments) on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
